Following 15 years in banking and finance, Jim now celebrates over 30 years successful real estate management and sales in the Tri-Cities area. Most of his business is with repeat clients, their families, or new clients referred to him by other Realtors. Jim was among the first in his office to reach the RE/MAX 100% Club, REBGV Medallion Club status, the C.E.R.C. Relocation Specialist designation, and an early member of the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

In 2000, Jim was presented with RE/MAX of Western Canada's Special Services Award for the 15 year production of his monthly newsletter, the RE/MAX RE/PORT. This newsletter has been moved to the Internet where it continues to advise Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and Interior and Northern RE/MAX Sales Associates of their office's sales production and market share. In addition, Jim publishes another monthly news e-letter, the Vancouver RE/PORT, which is sent to RE/MAX Sales Associates and clients around the world, keeping them current with the happenings in Vancouver and area.

Should the Tri-Cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody not meet your needs, Jim will redirect you to a competent Sales Associate in the area you prefer.

Jim is married, has two grown children, two grandchildren and originally hails from Thunder Bay, Ontario..
