Nida was born and educated in the Philippines. Her family came to Vancouver as Independent Immigrant in 2005, and lived in the Tri Cities since then.

She brought with her15+years of solid work experience doing project sales, evaluating properties for development and research. She worked with one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines known for building commercial and residential communities.

Her career in real estate has been extensive which has provided her the opportunity to meet a great number of people, many of whom have become good friends.
She always walk the extra step with her clients which allowed her to develop business based primarily upon referral.
