2001 Winner of $500 Scholarship All children currently attending a Western Canadian school can enter to win a $500 award from RE/MAX in a programme called the "Quest For Excellence Awards". The programme, which runs through to May of each year, encourages children from Grade 1 through 12 to enter an essay based on their interest for a particular subject. There are five subjects students can choose from:
